Hello & Welcome

Life is beautiful—and complex.  If things are tough emotionally for you right now, you may want to consider talking with a professional about your situation.  Therapy often helps people learn how to deal with their circumstances more positively, gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and feel supported and valued.  A good therapeutic connection requires a safe, confidential, and trusting environment.

My goal is to provide such an environment for clients to speak freely about themselves and their life situations. Together, we work to find solutions for clients to improve the quality of their lives.

My Story

My professional mission is to provide quality and effective mental health counseling to clients. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,  I offer gentle, honest, and interactive encouragement and work to create a supportive environment where clients can work through their issues.
